Welcome to the Alan Neale yoga studio, based right in the centre of Waipu Cove.
We practice yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being. With over seven classes throughout the week, there's one that will suit your busy lifestyle.
How the studio runs.
The practice is run on a monthly rotation.
Week 1 - Standing poses
Week 2 - Forward bends
Week 3 - Back bends
Week 4 - Inversions
The last few days of the month are left for the restorative practice. So as each month rolls by the student gains the knowledge of the rotation of practice, and slowly understanding the foundations of practicing yoga.
Yoga comes from a feeling not a thought from the inside out, not the outside in.
The practice is repetitive yet different each time the student comes to the mat.
Regardless of flexibility or injury the use of yoga props enables everyone to practice yoga.
